Triphala- The Magic Trio

Triphala is an herbal complex of 3 fruit which is potent yet gentle.

Haritaki (Terminalia chebula),

Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica),

Amalaki (Emblica officinalis).

Triphala has been described in the ancient Ayurvedic text as a Tridoshic Rasayana.
