Always passionate about people, health and Asia, it is only natural that I turned to Ayurveda, an ancient Indian science for which I fell in love in 2016. After 25 years Having spent time in marketing, I realized that my place will now be focused on care and well-being and I left to train in India in Jaipur.

The Chakrapani clinic headed by Dr Kotecha, Secretary of State for Ayush, was there to open the doors to this ancestral universe so fascinating and enriching. I learned there how to take the pulse, diagnose the tongue, massage therapy, diet and yoga postures to keep our bodies healthy. Since then, I have remained in close contact with the wonderful Vedas (Indian doctors) who work in this clinic and who support me in my practice, especially during their annual visits to France to provide Vedic teaching and consultations.

If you need to do yourself some good, if you are wondering about your diet, if you think the two are related, I will help you with my massage therapist practice and my nutritional advice. The objective of this support is to help you find or maintain a body-heart-mind balance.

By listening to you I will bring you care adapted to your emotional and physiological state of the moment. I work with natural Indian oils and powders that I select with care so that they bring you all their benefit in the care that I offer.
